Small Things You Can do in your Day-to-Day Life to keep healthy.

1. Move Your Body Daily

Intend to engage in activities not less than 30 minutes on most days of the week. This does not mean that you have to do it all simultaneously - even three 10-minute bouts of movement are effective! walk,dance, run, yoga, or any other activity that you feel good about can be used to increase energy and mood.

4. Don’t Smoke - and Get Help to Quit

  • Build good relationships: The relations should be mutual and respectful.

  • Manage Stress Effectively

Notice when the pressure begins to build up - a problem with sleeping or constant headaches, irritability, or food, alcohol, or drugs are red flags.

It can help to deep breathe, meditate, exercise, or just chat with people whom you trust. There are those who find solace within their religion or faiths.

Prioritize Sleep and Rest

The average adult should get eight hours of sleep every night. A good and regular sleep makes your body better and enhances your concentration and spirit.

In case of sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness with the span of a few days, seek help. There are ways to be treated to beat depression, you need not do it on your own.
